Is an IT career still safe to enter? Is your mentee’s job secure?

“If you’re responsible for guiding someone into or through IT, this workshop gives you the map they need you to have.”

Does this sound like you?

Six things parents and mentors tell us — in their own words

“We believed engineering plus an IT job was the safe bet — the same bet our parents made on us. With AI shrinking entry-level roles, is that bet still true?”
“My child did everything right — degree, courses, applications — and the job still hasn’t come. I don’t know whether to push harder or protect them.”
“The news says AI layoffs; the colleges say AI-proof placements; the coaching classes say pay us and it’s fine. Who do I actually believe?”
“Should my younger one still choose computer science — or is that steering them into the storm?”
“I want to guide them, but my industry knowledge is from a different era. I’m afraid my advice is quietly doing damage.”
“I mentor juniors at work, and I suspect my advice is a decade out of date. They deserve better than my nostalgia.”

If you’re responsible for guiding someone into or through IT, this workshop gives you the map they need you to have.

A Glimpse of the Day

Six modules, each building on the last

1

The Bet That Changed

Why the education-equals-returns logic of our generation no longer holds, and what the market actually rewards now.

2

The Market They’re Entering

The Degree Trap, the AI Earthquake, and hiring today, explained without jargon and without panic: what “harder, not closed” really means.

3

What Actually Makes Them Secure

The Six Intelligences, and why the ones GenAI can’t replace are built at home as much as at work.

4

The Family Conversation: H.E.E.L

Health, Emotional Health, Earn, Learn: a shared framework for career discussions that end in alignment, not arguments.

5

Pressure vs. Runway

Why extra pressure depletes exactly the person who needs to be strongest, and what real support looks like.

6

The Courses, the Claims, the “Opportunities”

Telling genuine skill-building apart from what’s merely being sold to your family.

That’s the glimpse. The depth is in the room.

What you’ll take away

Informed support, not informed pressure

A current, trustworthy mental model of the IT industry

The one your child wishes you had.

A conversation guide

For career discussions that end in alignment, not arguments.

The H.E.E.L and Six Intelligences vocabulary

So you and your child or mentee finally share the same language.

The Five Things to Remember checklist

Personalised to your family’s situation.

A filter for the courses and the claims

So genuine skill-building is never confused with what’s being sold to your family’s fear.

The confidence that your guidance is helping

Not accidentally repeating a market that no longer exists.

Questions parents and mentors ask

Before you decide

Should my child still choose computer science and IT?

IT remains one of India’s largest career destinations, but the guaranteed-job logic of earlier decades no longer holds — success now depends on how a career is entered and navigated, not the degree alone. This workshop gives parents a current, jargon-free picture so that decision can be made on facts, not fear or nostalgia.

I’m not from the IT industry — will I understand the workshop?

Yes. The entire day is designed for non-IT parents and mentors: no jargon, no technical prerequisites, and every concept explained with everyday examples and real family scenarios.

Will you tell my child which career to pick?

No. The choice stays with your child. The workshop equips you — the parent or mentor — with an accurate map of today’s market and a conversation framework, so your guidance helps rather than pressures.

Can both parents attend together?

Yes — the launch fee is ₹2,000 per participant, and couples guiding the same child can ask about joint attendance when registering on WhatsApp.
